The Diemer vibratory feeder type DS is supplied as standard in feeder widths from 250 mm to 800 mm. Larger trough widths as well as special designs, such as screen troughs and integration of metal detectors with metal-free zone, are possible. The standard lengths are between 3 and 20 metres. The Diemer vibrating conveyor trough is excellently suited for conveying all wood-like bulk materials up to heavy solid wood. It can be used for horizontal as well as for slightly rising or falling conveying distances.

It is particularly suitable as an infeed conveyor upstream of residual wood shredding machines (e.g. Diemer residual wood shredding machines, Diemer horizontal roller shredders). Even the heaviest pieces can be fed into the robustly constructed trough made of sheet steel without any problem. As a collecting conveyor it can be fed lengthwise and crosswise with belt conveyors, chain cross conveyors or storage chutes. For the sorting and selection of chips and shavings, the Diemer type DS can be supplied with screens for two or three fractions
