TYP MSK
The Diemer short timber automat type MSK shreds all types of residual wood and waste into short timber for combustion, pre-shredding, charring and gasification with low-noise shear cutting. The volume output of the MSK has been increased several times over that of conventional machines. This uncomplicated, cost-effective machine is particularly suitable for medium-sized and small businesses.
-
Low-noise operation and thus calming of the working areas
-
No additional costs for dust extraction, due to chip-free and dust-free knife cut
-
Very low maintenance requirements due to months of blade life.
-
Low energy costs due to hydraulic drive
-
Optimum yield due to extremely high volume output
-
Highest operational and accident safety
-
Seal of approval of the HBG.
Technical discription
Throw residual wood such as hems, panel seams, batten and cut-to-size waste, etc. manually or mechanically into the inclined trough. A swivelling trough lifts and lowers electro-hydraulically, thus causing the shearing tool to open and close, the residual wood is shortened. Depending on the further use, the fibre length of the short material can be infinitely adjusted from 15-200 mm. All you have to do is screw the stop plate to the correct length and replace the ejection lip.
Ingenious and functionally reliable. Gravity in the inclined trough automatically feeds and ejects the short logs. With a cutting length of 200 mm, the MSK type achieves 8 to 9 rm per hour. The shortened timber can be transported away by a special belt conveyor (Diemer belt conveyor type DB-1).
All movement processes are controlled by electro-hydraulic valves through a contactor circuit with all necessary control functions.
The Diemer automatic conveyor type MSK is supplied ready for operation and can be connected to the electrical network without any problems. Operation and maintenance is simple.
